This year, too, the happenings of the world’s biggest carp angling competition will be broadcasted live from Lake Balaton. From 20:00, April 21st – and during the competition the same time every evening – the Fishing and Hunting channel will broadcast a 90-minute live show.
Central-Europe’s dominant fishing and hunting channel plays a pioneer role in popularizing angling competitions, and it is the first TV channel in Hungary broadcasting an angling competition live, which the viewers can see at the same time also in Romania, Czechia, Slovakia and Bulgaria. In addition to that you can follow the show with simultaneous interpretation into English from anywhere in the world, on the official website of the competition.
The crews will be there with their cameras at every significant catch and will report live during the show from the most successful teams. Exciting statistical and expert analyses, huge fish and the commentaries of the experts make the show a unique experience. A huge number of viewers are interested in the show, in 2022 the competition reached 2 million people directly.
More than 250 teams entered the Adventer & fishing IX. IBCC from all over the world to compete with each other all week long on more than 60,000 ha of water, on the biggest lake of Central-Europe. The aim is to catch the biggest carps of Lake Balaton, of which two over 30 kg were caught and released after weighing last year.
