Follow the events of the VI. IBCC minute by minute. We’ll be reporting the details of the competition on our website. We’ll be near the most important events and then from 22th October, we’ll provide live broadcast during the period of the competition from our studio on the site!

55 – In the second morning of IBCC, Lake Balaton shows its slightly foggy, but wonderful side. Friendly, sunny weather can be expected today. Fortunately, the teams don’t need to worry about second level warning. Currently, there are 23 teams with catches.

58 – Weighing is being carried out continuously, there are more and more stunning catches. The venue has an outstanding average weight, a lot of carp over 15 kg have been caught. The One Team 1 have taken the lead, their total catch is over 130 kg.

10 – Close to 25! We have the new biggest fish of the competition! The MIKBAITS-PARYS SK fishing in Fonyód have landed a perfect 24.93 kg common! Congratulations!

00 – Let’s take a look at the results table. A bit surprisingly, the southern bank is doing very well despite the autumn weather. The teams fishing there will most probably exploit the 550 m maximum angling distance.

39 – Naturally, we’ll go live from 20:00 this evening too on The Fishing and Hunting Channel on and the IBCC Facebook page. You can watch the previous shows HERE.

35 – Unfortunately, we have another yellow card. The Nikl & Carp´R´Us 3 team fishing in Fonyód, used their boat without wearing life vests. We kindly ask every team to obey the competition rules for their own safety.

52 – Let’s take a look at the catches that have arrived. We upload photos as soon as the weighing is done.

20 – We’ve received news about another over 20 kg carp! The proud team who caught it is The Sewi-carp team fishing in Zamárdi.

20 – Considering the season, the weather is very merciful to the competitors. So far, it seems that the real big fish are caught during the night, however, the field has an excellent average weight. Several over 15 and 20 kg carp have seen the bank.

42 – Of course, our photographers are visiting the teams too and making wonderful photos. During the day, Lake Balaton is relatively calm, both when it comes to weather and catching carp. The teams are preparing for the evening period, we’ve seen competitors who are looking for the right spots to place their pegs.

30 – Of course, we’ll go live today too from the bank of Lake Balaton on 20:00 on The Fishing and Hunting Channel and Facebook page. We’ll sum up what has happened today. Our reporters will present exciting topics and stories.
